Notification of Onsite Joint Commission Review

Journey Healthcare Solutions was originally certified by The Joint Commission as having met all quality standards on 5/7/2021. A recertification review of Journey Healthcare Solutions is planned to occur 5/3/2023, as part of the biennial process.

The purpose of the review will be to re-evaluate Journey Healthcare Solutions’ compliance with nationally established Joint Commission HCSS standards. The review results will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under which, recertification should be awarded to Journey Healthcare Solutions.

Any customers wishing to provide the Joint Commission with information regarding the performance of Journey Healthcare Solutions can do so prior to the recertification review by submitting information to the Office of Quality Monitoring at:
